We are happy to provide our service of resizing solid gold rings through our reliable local jeweler. Generally, he is able to resize rings by a maximum of 3 sizes up or down.
(We don't resize silver rings unless its value is over CA$ 250.)

We suggest you to use your local jeweler to resize your ring so you can try your ring before resizing it as resized ring is final sale, NO return NO exchange. If you decide to use our jeweler's resizing services, please let us know before you purchase the ring as we need to check with our jeweler if the ring is resizable or not because certain rings can't be resized.
We need 5 to 10 working days to resize your ring.
Our jeweler has more than 30 years experience. He strives to resize your ring as good as he can. However, please note that resizing a ring has certain potential risks, eg. shank pattern damaging, thinning the shank, stone loosing etc. Please make sure you can accept these possible potential risks if you would like our jeweler to resize your ring before shipping it to you.
